Returns

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@euro-performance-supply.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 14days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72hrs of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
